CAS Senior Associate
CAS Senior | Boutique Independent CPA Firm | Hybrid | Chicago Area
Location: Hybrid — Chicago Area (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Compensation: Up to $110,000 base + performance bonus
Requirements: 4–5+ years CAS experience | QuickBooks proficiency required
We are an independently owned CPA and business consulting firm based in the Chicago area — boutique in size, sophisticated in operation. Founded over 30 years ago, we have grown into a tight-knit team serving entrepreneurs, small business owners, and individuals nationwide, with deep expertise in real estate accounting and professional services.

What We Are Looking For
- 4–5+ years of CAS or outsourced accounting experience in a professional firm environment
- Advanced QuickBooks proficiency — Online and Desktop; ProAdvisor certification a plus
- Strong foundation in financial reporting, general ledger management, payables and receivables, payroll, and cash management
- Experience with payroll and expense management platforms
- Comfortable managing engagement budgets, timelines, and client deliverables independently
- Strong communicator — you will work directly with clients and partners regularly
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and adaptable to new workflows and systems
- Real estate accounting experience a plus

- Base salary up to $110,000, commensurate with experience
- Annual performance bonus — up to 8%, paid out in June
