Senior Tax Associate
Tax Senior | Independent CPA Firm | 100% Remote
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: Up to $120,000 base + sign-on bonus available
Requirements: 3-4+ years public accounting tax experience | CPA required or actively pursuing

What You Will Be Doing
- You will prepare and review tax returns across a diverse client base — partnerships, corporations, individuals, trusts, and estates.
- As you grow, your engagements will become more complex and your autonomy will increase.
- You will supervise and train staff accountants, serve as a client liaison on active engagements, and identify planning opportunities and issues proactively.
- You will also participate in business development efforts alongside partners and senior leadership — learning what it actually takes to build and maintain client relationships at this level.
What We Are Looking For
- You have 3-4+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong foundation in individual, partnership, corporate, and trust taxation.
- You hold a CPA license or are actively working toward it.
- Exposure to HNW or trust and estate work is a plus.
- You are self-directed, comfortable working independently in a remote environment
