About the Role

As our Client Onboarding & Administrative Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients and a key internal coordinator. You’ll ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming onboarding experience while keeping our internal processes organized and efficient.

This is not a passive admin role—you’ll be a central player in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end client onboarding process
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new clients during setup
  • Coordinate with tax professionals to gather documents and information
  • Maintain and improve onboarding workflows and systems
  • Manage client records, databases, and internal documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and general administrative support
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes as the firm scales

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in an administrative, client service, or onboarding role (professional services experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fully remote, cloud-based environment
  • Tech-savvy mindset (experience with CRM systems, document management tools, and workflow platforms preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-growing firm
