Remote Senior Tax Manager | Boutique Independent CPA Firm | Partner Track

Location: 100% Remote (East Coast hours preferred)

Compensation: Up to $200,000 base + performance bonus

Requirements: 7-8+ years public accounting tax experience | CPA or EA required

We are a boutique, independently owned CPA and advisory firm in active organic growth — and we're looking to add a Senior Tax Manager to the team. This is a newly created role, not a backfill. The firm has grown 20%+ over the past two years entirely organically, and they're ready to add a senior layer of leadership to support what comes next. If you've been a Manager for a few years and the Partner track at your current firm feels murkier than it did when you started — this is worth a conversation.

What We're Looking For

  • Active CPA or EA required
  • 7-8+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Currently at Manager level and ready for a genuine next step — not just a title change
  • Strong technical background in partnerships, pass-through taxation, and multi-entity structures
  • Client-facing, self-directed, and comfortable leading in a remote environment
  • HNW, trust, or estate experience a plus
