Manager Transaction Advisory Services
Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Manager — Fully Remote
Top 100 Regional CPA Firm | Privately Owned | High-Growth Team
Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your voice matters, your time is respected, and your career trajectory is truly in your hands? Our client, a Top 100 Regional CPA firm, is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Manager to join their fully remote and rapidly growing team.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This firm has built its reputation on sustainable growth, strong client relationships, and a commitment to its people—not outside investors. They are proudly privately owned and have no plans for private equity involvement—ever. The result? A culture focused on long-term success, not short-term profits.
In fact, over 10% of their professionals have transitioned from Big 4 firms, drawn by a more balanced lifestyle, collaborative culture, and meaningful work without burnout.
What You’ll Do
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Analyze financial statements, quality of earnings, and key deal drivers
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tax, audit, and consulting teams
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Deals, or Financial Due Diligence
- Prior experience at a public accounting firm (Big 4 or regional) preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- CPA or equivalent credential preferred
What You’ll Get
- Base salary up to $170K + performance bonus
- 100% remote flexibility (work from anywhere in the U.S.)
- 5 weeks PTO + holidays
- Clear path for advancement within a newer, high-growth TAS practice
- Supportive, people-first culture with strong leadership accessibility
- Comprehensive benefits package (health, retirement, and more)
If you’re looking to leave behind the grind of traditional firms without sacrificing the quality of your work or clients, this is a rare opportunity to help shape a growing practice within a firm that truly values balance and stability.
